The DC Public Service Commission has known that Pepco is falsifying its meter readings to fraudulently over bill me for:
The Commission and its internal office known as the “Office of the People’s Counsel” refuse to enforce the Utility Consumer Bill of Rights, 15 DCMR 300 et seq. and subjected me to three rounds of abuse in the Commission’s futile consumer complaint process.
They were secretly protecting Pepco the entire time. Everybody but me, the customer, knew the Commission was never going to hold a formal hearing. When I refused to give up, the Commission’s Hearing Officer ordered me to rely on my attorneys at the Office of the People’s Counsel and banned me from advocating on my own behalf. Then OPC colluded with Pepco to sandbag my case.
I will never waive my right to an accurate Pepco bill based on a verifiable meter reading and it will only get worse if We the People don’t Take the Power Back!

Here is the answer I posted on the Twitter/X account I created specifically… Read more: Pepco’s NEM Contract Solar Credit Billing Fraud
- Pepco Will Never Get Caught, the DC Council Is Too Easily BoughtOn February 27, 2026, I testified at the DC Council’s Performance Oversight Overlook Hearing. Councilmember Charles Allen is the new chairman of the Committee, so I was hopeful the DC Council would investigate Pepco’s falsification of my meter readings and the DC Public Service Commission’s refusal to hold a Formal Hearing. Councilmember Charles Allen promised… Read more: Pepco Will Never Get Caught, the DC Council Is Too Easily Bought
- The March 19, 2026, Race to Salvage the CaseOn March 9, 2026, the DC Public Service Commission’s Hearing Officer, Mr. Noel Antonio, dismissed the Formal Hearing Complaint I submitted to the Commission on February 21, 2025. That meant I had only ten days to salvage my 18 month battle for an accurate Pepco bill based on an verifiable meter reading. Once again, my… Read more: The March 19, 2026, Race to Salvage the Case
